Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DST (Direct Sales Team) role based in Ahmedabad. The DST will focus on sourcing new customers, explaining bank products and services, and driving sales of retail banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and credit cards. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, conducting follow-ups, completing documentation, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and compliance standards.





The role also involves coordinating with branch staff and other internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality customer service. Performance will be measured through sales targets, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, and achieving defined targets.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand financial needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory guidelines, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage field visits, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; a background in finance, commerce, or business is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or direct sales is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
- Proficiency in local language and Hindi; working knowledge of English is beneficial.
- High level of integrity, customer-centric approach, and readiness to work in a target-driven environment.
