About the Role

We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Indian IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer/joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete end-to-end domestic recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and notice period.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Manage multiple IT requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Handle salary negotiation, notice period discussion, offer management, and joining follow-up.
- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers,



ATS/database information, and recruitment reports.
- Build positive and long-term relationships with candidates.
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers, Business Development Teams, and Hiring Managers.
- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining required TAT, productivity, and closure ratios.

Required Skills
- 0.6–2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of the Indian recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate closure skills.
- Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Good understanding of Indian salary structures, notice periods, locations, and candidate availability.
- Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
