Role Description This is a full time, on-site Dispatcher & Freight Broker role based in Noida. The role involves coordinating daily freight movements, assigning loads to carriers, and ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries across air, ocean, and road shipments. The Dispatcher & Freight Broker will communicate with carriers, shippers, and internal teams to confirm schedules, resolve delays, and maintain accurate load documentation.

Responsibilities include negotiating rates with carriers, managing booking and tracking in logistics systems,



and monitoring shipments using tech-enabled tools for real-time visibility. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, providing shipment updates, supporting customs and compliance processes, and escalating operational issues when necessary.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in dispatching, freight brokering, or logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with logistics software, TMS platforms, and basic MS Office tools; comfort with tech-enabled tracking systems.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling.
- Ability to analyze routes, capacity, and costs to optimize load planning and service efficiency.
- Understanding of freight modes (air, ocean, road), basic customs and compliance concepts, and industry terminology.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida in a full-time schedule, including flexibility for extended or shifted hours when operations require.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
