Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Aurangabad.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote LuxuriousTour’s services, including managing social media channels, optimizing website content, and coordinating email marketing efforts. Daily responsibilities include monitoring web analytics, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports to guide marketing decisions. The role involves creating engaging digital content, collaborating with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals,



and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.

The specialist will also stay current with digital marketing trends and tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to monitor traffic, measure performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing interactions.
- Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related consumer-facing industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and basic content management systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
