Role: Digital Marketing Specialist – 360° Digital Marketing

We’re looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of the brand’s complete digital ecosystem — from performance marketing and social media to e-commerce, WhatsApp marketing and AI-powered marketing.

? What You’ll Be Working On

Performance Marketing – Planning, executing, optimizing & scaling campaigns

Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram Ads, retargeting, prospecting, catalog & conversion campaigns

Shopify – Advanced Shopify management, store optimization, product listings, collections & conversion funnel

Social Media Marketing – Content strategy, growth, engagement & brand building

AI for Marketing – Practical use of ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools for research, content, creatives, automation & workflows

WhatsApp Marketing – Campaigns, automation & customer journeys using AiSensy, Interakt and similar tools

Brand Marketing – End-to-end digital presence, campaigns, launches, offers & customer engagement

Creative Strategy – Solid understanding of hooks, creatives, trends and content that drives engagement & conversions





Analytics & Optimization – Understanding key metrics and continuously improving campaign and business performance

⭐ What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of 360° Digital Marketing

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Performance Marketing

Advanced knowledge of Shopify & D2C e-commerce

Good understanding of Social Media & Content Marketing

Practical experience using ChatGPT, Claude & other AI tools

Experience with WhatsApp marketing & automation tools

Marketplace experience (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) will be highly preferred

Experience working with a clothing/fashion brand will be an added advantage

Strong creative + analytical mindset

Ability to independently plan, execute and optimize digital marketing activities

Passion for experimenting, testing new ideas and staying ahead of digital trends
