About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to manage and grow our social media presence.

Our business is focused on Financial Awareness, Mutual Fund/SIP related educational content.

The person will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing our digital branding and generating leads through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Instagram Reels, Facebook Posts, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp content
- Edit short-form videos/Reels using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar
- Create attractive social media creatives, thumbnails and promotional posts
- Manage regular posting on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Develop content ideas based on our target audience
- Improve social media reach, engagement and followers
- Generate leads through social media
- Manage basic lead generation campaigns
- Track enquiries, leads and conversions
- Suggest new ideas for improving digital branding
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI etc. for content creation

Who We Are Looking For




- Experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
- Good Reel/video editing skills
- Understanding of lead generation is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads will be an advantage
- Creative mindset and ability to understand an audience
- Should be able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in personal branding is a plus
