This is a paid internship with a genuine possibility of a full time offer at the end of it. We are not looking for temporary help. We are looking for the person who will run this function.

About us

SCM Connexions builds manufacturing supply chains in Asia for industrial companies, then hands them over. Our clients are European and American manufacturers, including Weatherford, Voith, WEG, EOS, TMEIC and Kirloskar.

We have strong work and a small audience. This role exists to fix the second part.

The role

You will help build our presence with an audience of procurement directors, supply chain heads and engineering managers at industrial manufacturers, mostly in India, Europe and the US.

This is not consumer marketing and it is not volume marketing. Our audience is small, senior and technical. They are unmoved by adjectives and persuaded by specifics. A single well-made post about how a part was localized will do more for us than a month of generic content.

You will work closely with our engineering and sourcing teams to turn real project work into material a technical audience finds worth reading. You will have more ownership than an intern usually gets, and the work will be visible.

What you will do

• Support our LinkedIn presence, which is the channel that matters most for this audience and also handle other socials.

- Turn project work into posts, case studies and technical content, working with the people who did the work
- Help maintain the website: content updates, basic SEO,



and tracking what visitors actually do
- Assist with email campaigns to prospect and client lists
- Produce marketing collateral, decks and one-pagers alongside the sales team
- Report on what is working, honestly, including what is not

What we need

• A degree, or final-year study, in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

- Genuinely good written English. This is the core requirement and everything else is secondary to it
- Some practical exposure to LinkedIn as a B2B channel, SEO basics, or email marketing, whether through coursework, a previous internship, or your own projects
- Comfort with design tools for producing basic collateral
- The willingness to ask an engineer what a part does until you understand it well enough to write about it

You do not need years of experience. You do need to write well and to be curious about an industry most people your age have never thought about.
