We’re a growing technology company looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can own our brand presence across social media, create scroll-stopping graphics, and drive organic growth through SEO. You’ll work on live products and campaigns, so this is a role for someone who likes seeing their work turn into real results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Design social media creatives, ad graphics, and marketing collateral (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Manage day-to-day social media engagement, community, and posting calendars
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings and traffic
- Run and optimize basic paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads) — a plus
- Track performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics

Requirements :





- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing / social media management
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keywords, on-page, backlinks, tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs)
- Familiarity with social media schedulers and analytics
- Solid sense of visual design and copywriting
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar

Nice to Have :

- Experience with video editing / short-form reels
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Portfolio of past creatives and campaigns
