About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and communication-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can professionally engage with prospective and existing users, support webinars, manage lead follow-ups and contribute to brand trust and business growth.

This position requires a combination of digital marketing knowledge, client engagement skills and professional communication. The selected candidate will frequently interact with users through calls, WhatsApp, email and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and engage with warm and qualified leads generated through Meta Ads, funnels, webinars and digital campaigns
- Communicate professionally with prospective users through calls, WhatsApp, email and Zoom
- Explain the company’s learning programs, platform features and onboarding process clearly
- Guide interested users towards webinars, informational videos and appropriate next steps
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and accurate lead records using CRM or lead-management tools
- Support webinars, live sessions and online community-engagement activities
- Coordinate with marketing, sales and support teams to maintain a smooth lead journey
- Engage with existing users to collect feedback, success stories and video testimonials with their consent
- Support the collection and management of genuine customer reviews
- Contribute to brand communication, online reputation and social-proof initiatives
- Assist with social media engagement across Instagram and Facebook




- Support day-to-day business growth and communication-related activities

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Practical understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Familiarity with social media marketing and online audience engagement
- Understanding of lead-generation funnels and customer journeys
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and campaign-generated leads
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing and skilled email communication
- Understanding of webinar flow, audience engagement and follow-up processes
- Comfortable using Canva, ChatGPT and other AI-enabled productivity tools
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM or lead-management platforms
- Confidence in handling Zoom meetings, webinars and front-facing communication
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building and organizational skills
- Ability to represent the company professionally across different communication channels

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, client engagement, counselling, customer success, business development or online education
- Educational or qualified background in marketing, business, communication or media
- Experience handling warm leads through calls, WhatsApp and online meetings
- Exposure to webinars, community management or customer relationship activities
- Interest in EdTech, branding, AI, digital business and online education
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive professional relationships
