About the team and role: To develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand visibility, support sales teams, and strengthen relationships with diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinicians, and channel partners.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement annual marketing plans for diagnostic products and services.
- Design and execute product launch strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and improve customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), laboratory heads, clinicians, and hospital management.
- Organize CMEs, workshops, conferences, webinars, and scientific promotional activities.
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, digital content, and product literature.
- Track product performance, market share, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Coordinate with principals, vendors,



and internal teams for product positioning and marketing support.
- Identify recent business opportunities and recommend strategies for market expansion.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical marketing practices.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, forecasts, and business reviews.

Must haves:

- 5–10 years of experience in diagnostic, medical device, or healthcare marketing.
- Experience in IVD, pathology, molecular diagnostics, or laboratory solutions is preferred.
