We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Transformation Lead. This role shall allow the incumbent to get an in-depth understand on Popeyes business. (S)he will have the opportunity to drive key transformation projects that will significantly impact the overall business. You will be working closely with the Head of Transformation and senior business leaders to spearhead critical business initiatives.

As part of this role, you will be involved in shaping and executing transformation strategies that are crucial for our growth, profitability and long-term success. You will work on projects that span across multiple business areas, such as reducing oil consumption, improving OPH/manpower rostering (flexi/BAs), drop charts, auto indenting at stores, high street growth charter and so on. You will also drive key focus priorities by acting as a program manager for set of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive key transformation projects that have a direct impact on the business.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Head of Transformation, to identify and prioritize critical transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs, improve processes, and enhance overall business performance.
- Focus on projects such as capability building across the organization, optimizing cost per delivery, reducing food wastage, and other business-critical transformation efforts.
- Analyze business data and performance metrics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
- Take ownership of project timelines, budgets,



and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of transformation initiatives.
- Support change management efforts to ensure the organization is prepared for new processes and strategies.
- Roll up your sleeves and take a hands-on approach to implement solutions and drive results.
- Build strong relationships with various business units to foster collaboration and shared success.
- Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business or consulting environment (experience in transformation, operations, or project management is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to think strategically and problem-solve across complex business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on individual who is willing to take ownership and drive results.
- High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic business environment.
- Solid project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Passion for business transformation and a desire to grow into a larger business leadership role.
