We are looking for an experienced DGM Asset Management to lead and manage Civil & Infrastructure assets/projects across planning, execution, contract management and performance monitoring.

The role will involve driving project delivery, infrastructure reliability, statutory compliance, cost optimization and contractor/vendor performance, while working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities.

Role & responsibilities:

- Lead planning, execution and performance management of Civil & Infrastructure projects/assets.
- Manage industrial construction, greenfield projects and plant infrastructure.
- Drive project execution within defined cost, quality, safety and timeline parameters.
- Manage contracts, contractors, consultants and vendor performance.
- Lead high-value sourcing/procurement, commercial negotiations and cost optimisation for infrastructure-related requirements.
- Review drawings, scope changes, certifications, contractor invoices and project documentation.
- Track project milestones, budgets, cash flow and publish periodic project MIS/tracking reports.
- Partner with Legal, EHS and business stakeholders to identify and mitigate contractual and execution risks.




- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements including MIDC/local authorities, DISH, Fire, Pollution Control and EHS regulations.
- Drive implementation of energy-efficiency, green-building and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure effective project handover, buy-off, documentation and final contract closure.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, digitisation and cost reduction across asset/project management.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 15+ years of relevant experience in industrial infrastructure, civil projects, plant projects, asset management, procurement or contracts.
- Robust exposure to large-scale manufacturing/automotive/industrial projects.
- Proven experience in managing high-value contracts, vendors and commercial negotiations.
- Strong understanding of project cost, timelines, contractor management and statutory compliance.
- Candidates from Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Construction or related sectors are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from Nagpur is essential.
