We are hiring a Design Head to lead the design function, drive creative direction, and ensure the successful delivery of interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent design expertise, and the ability to manage teams, clients, and multiple high-value projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the entire design team, ensuring high-quality output and consistency across projects.
- Define and drive the creative vision, design standards, and overall design strategy of the organization.
- Review and approve design concepts, layouts, working drawings, and presentations before client submission.
- Design Multiple Projects in Time and Quality.
- Create WOW factor in the designs.
- Ensure all designs align with client requirements, brand standards, and functional feasibility.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within defined budgets and quality benchmarks.
- Act as the primary escalation point for design-related challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Regular Site Visits, Material Selections.
- Create Standard Library for faster work.
- Collaborate closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee preparation of detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, and service drawings.
- Ensure strong coordination between design, execution, and vendor teams.




- Monitor site progress through periodic reviews and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Establish and implement design processes, SOPs, and best practices.
- Mentor, guide, and develop the design team to enhance creativity, productivity, and technical capabilities.
- Stay updated with latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovation into projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Experience:

- 8–12 years of experience in interior design
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Experience handling high-value residential and/or commercial projects Worked in Volume – Numbers. 15 to 20 Designers managed. Communication should be positive. System oriented- ERP, MIS, etc. Travelling to Mumbai and Hyderabad as well. When the assignment is given they are using AI – Need actual though process.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
