- Throughput Management/: Ensure rigorous adherence to the master production schedule by supervising and directing the ongoing execution of daily production shifts across a fleet of injection moulding machines.

- Cycle/-Time Optimization/: To minimize cycle times while preserving component integrity, closely monitor, modify, and stabilize crucial machine parameters, such as injection velocity profiles, holding pressures, back pressures, screw speeds, and core/-pull sequences.

Mould

Setting &

- SMED Turnaround Control/: Using Single/-Minute Exchange of Die techniques, oversee and expedite tool/-changeover processes while verifying correct mould alignment, clamping pressures, tie/-bar spacing, and hot/-runner temperature settings.

Defect

Minimization &

- Quality Control Loops/: Conduct real/-time defect diagnostics on the floor, identifying the underlying causes of structural or visual injection molding defects, such as jetting, warping, flash, sink marks, silver streaks, or short/-shots,



and enforcing prompt parameter modifications.

Focus Skills/: Advanced Polymer Rheology &

- Machine Parameter Literacy/: In/-depth scientific knowledge of how various injection pressure and barrel heat settings affect resin behaviors, including viscosity, moisture content, and shrink rates of PP, ABS, PC, and nylon.

Mould

Blueprint &

- Hydraulic/Electrical Schematic Fluency/: Complete comprehension of correct core/-pull circuit schematics, cooling/-channel layout blueprints, and comprehensive mould assembly drawings.

Scientific Moulding Diagnostic Capabilities/: Solid knowledge of cavity pressure monitoring systems, parameter stabilization loops, and decoupled moulding techniques. Strong leadership ability to oversee multiskilled tool/-setting and technician crews during high/-stress product changes or unplanned machine breakdown windows is essential for SMED Team Management and Floor Incident Control.
