Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Translate Chairman/CEO priorities into actionable plans and track execution.
- Business Reviews: Coordinate daily/weekly reviews on revenue, occupancy, EBITDA, patient volumes, quality and operations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across Clinical, Nursing, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing and Administration.
- Leadership Follow-up: Track key decisions,
action items, timelines and accountability across HODs.
- Hospital Performance: Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and escalate critical issues to leadership.
- Project Management: Lead strategic projects, recent initiatives, process improvements and hospital expansion activities.
- Quality & Accreditation: Support NABH/JCI readiness, compliance and corrective actions.
- Leadership Communication: Prepare MIS, dashboards, presentations, board/management review materials and MOM.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with senior doctors, HODs, consultants, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business, financial, clinical and leadership information with discretion.
- Executive Support: Manage critical meetings, priorities, travel and ad-hoc requirements of the Chairman/CEO.
- Multi-Location Coordination: Drive consistency and execution across Hyderabad and Jagdalpur, including travel when required.
Core expectation: Act as the Chairman/CEO's execution partner—ensuring that decisions are converted into action, ownership and measurable outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Academic Background: MBA/PG qualification from a premier / top-tier institution.
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting or Executive Management roles.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in Healthcare / Hospital industry preferred.
- Leadership Exposure: Experience working closely with CXO/Chairman/Promoters.
- Strong Analytical & Business Acumen: Ability to understand business performance, identify gaps and drive execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to coordinate and influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Execution Orientation: High ownership, confidentiality, agility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
