Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Trainer – BDS role based in Mira Bhayandar.

The Dental

Trainer will design and deliver clinical and product training sessions for dental professionals and internal teams, focusing on the correct use of Laxmi Dental’s instruments, equipment, and materials.

Responsibilities include preparing training content, demonstrations, and workshops; providing chairside or simulated clinical guidance; and updating training materials to reflect new products, techniques, and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to align training with business objectives, collecting feedback from trainees, and continuously improving training programs.

The Dental

Trainer is also expected to maintain accurate records of training activities, support onboarding of new team members,



and represent the company at events, conferences, or customer visits as needed.

Qualifications

- Possession of a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized institution, with valid registration as per local regulatory requirements.
- Strong clinical knowledge of dentistry, including experience with dental procedures, instruments, orthodontic tools, and dental materials.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, or teach dental professionals or students, with clear communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort with creating structured training content, including case-based learning, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops.
- Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into practical guidance for diverse audiences, both clinical and non-clinical.
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards in dental practice, and willingness to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and marketing.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools used for presentations, documentation, and learning materials.
- Prior experience in a teaching, training, or academic dental setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in office in Mira Bhayandar and occasionally participate in external events, workshops, or conferences.
- Should be fluent in MARATHI
