Role Description The Delmia Apriso Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Delmia Apriso-based manufacturing execution solutions for CounselCrate’s clients. This full time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, configure and customize Delmia Apriso modules, and manage integration with ERP, MES, and shop-floor systems. The role includes overseeing technical teams, reviewing solution architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting deployment, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Lead will also troubleshoot complex issues, prepare documentation, provide user training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Delmia Apriso implementation, configuration, and customization, including leading end-to-end MES solution delivery.
- Experience integrating Delmia Apriso with ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and working with manufacturing and shop-floor processes.
- Proficiency in relevant technical stacks such as SQL, .NET/Java or similar programming frameworks, and basic understanding of web services and APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing execution, production planning, quality management, and industrial operations in discrete or process industries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in MES or Delmia Apriso are an advantage.
- Prior experience in on-site client engagement, user training, and change management, preferably in large-scale or global implementations.
