Role & responsibilities

7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or consumer data platform implementations.

- Proven experience designing and implementing consumer data ecosystems supporting marketing and digital engagement.
- Robust experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and marketing technology stacks (e.g., BlueConic, Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Deep understanding of first-party data strategies, identity resolution, and unified consumer profile architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing data models and architectures within modern cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
- Advanced SQL and strong understanding of large-scale data integration and data pipeline architectures.
- Experience evaluating or implementing Master Data Management (MDM)



solutions and data governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy principles and regulatory considerations related to consumer data (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture solutions.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and leading architectural direction within iterative delivery models.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to design scalable solutions in complex and evolving data environments.
