We're hiring a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant for a global delivery network of a leading professional services organization. If you love building clean, scalable D365 F&O; solutions and want to work on global client engagements — this one's for you.

About the Role This is an individual contributor role combining Application Management Support and project implementation work for global (ROW) client engagements. You'll design and develop D365 F&O; technical solutions, working closely with functional consultants and cross-geo delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop customer-specific D365 F&O; technical solutions
- Create Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to high quality standards
- Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for live projects
- Build basic understanding of system upgrades, Life Cycle Services (LCS), code deployment/merging
- Adhere to project timelines and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout delivery




- Continuously stay current with the latest Microsoft releases

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain
- Strong hands-on expertise in X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems
- Working knowledge of D365 FO concepts: Extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), OData/Logic Apps integrations, AI-powered tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (Azure AI/Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions is a plus)
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Power Platform is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Results-oriented with a client-centric attitude and robust interpersonal skills

Certifications Required

- Microsoft Certified: MB-200
- Microsoft Certified: MB-300
