WHAT WILL YOU DO
Work closely with the Leadership team on strategic business initiatives, growth, partnerships and execution. This is a high-ownership role with exposure across multiple functions.
In this role you will do:
- Work with the Leadership team on strategic and high-priority business initiatives.
- Independently lead and assume charge of specific initiatives, scale them up and then hand over to another team member.
- Take charge of customer success for our partners
- Support GTM, business development and partnership initiatives.
- Work with sales and marketing teams on select growth and market-facing initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional projects and ensure execution from idea to completion.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Consulting, Strategy, Business Development, Growth or a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and bias for execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
