- Comfortable working with US & Australian customers
- Willing to work in Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts) Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
