We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in inbound voice process. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities :

- Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a qualified and timely manner.
- Providing customer service through phone calls.
- Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Undergraduate qualification.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
