Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage sales inquiries, assist with order processing, and help build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Interact with incoming clients, dealers, and retail buyers to introduce Shree Ram Paint products, present color palettes, and explain technical specifications.
- Sales Generation: Manage lead inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits to drive sales growth and meet monthly targets.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, maintain accurate records, generate quotes, and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with existing clients to maintain long-term working relationships and gather product feedback.
- Query Resolution:



Address customer complaints, resolve payment or delivery issues, and offer practical paint application solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or counter sales (experience in the paint, hardware, or building materials industry is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language/Hindi].
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and inventory/billing software).
- Attributes: Excellent negotiation skills, professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities.
