Job SummarySaaras Gourmet Holding is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, handle enquiries, resolve complaints, and support sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, records, and follow-up reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Maintain daily CRM and customer follow-up reports.
- Support customer retention and develop long-term customer relationships.




- Assist management in achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales/customer service experience will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
- Experience in CRM, FMCG, retail, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
