Job Summary The Credit Manager - Secured Credit (Guntur) will be responsible for managing the credit portfolio for secured loans in the Guntur region, ensuring adherence to credit policies, risk assessment, and achieving portfolio quality targets.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end credit appraisal process for secured loan products, including evaluating creditworthiness, financial statements, and collateral.

Manage and mentor a team of credit officers, providing guidance and training on credit assessment and risk management.

Conduct thorough due diligence on loan applications, including customer profiling, site visits, and market analysis.

Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal requirements.

Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals of delinquency, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize credit losses and improve portfolio quality.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve business targets while maintaining credit quality.

Job Qualifications**

Strong understanding of secured lending products, credit assessment methodologies, and risk mitigation techniques.
