Your job is to help us tell it.

We’re looking for a Creative Writer who can think beyond content calendars and write beyond the obvious—someone who can turn research, conversations and raw information into stories that make people stop, feel, think and share.

What you’ll do

- Research and develop stories around people, places, events, organisations, culture, ideas and more
- Find strong angles, hooks and narratives hidden within research
- Write scripts for Reels, Shorts, podcasts, documentaries and long-form videos
- Develop concepts, captions, carousels and written stories
- Work closely with our research, content and video teams
- Help shape interview questions and storytelling approaches
- Adapt a story across multiple formats while retaining its core
- Occasionally work on corporate,



brand and skilled content alongside Pratibimb's storytelling work

What we’re looking for

Someone who

- Thinks in stories, not just words
- Has a strong and distinctive writing voice
- Knows how to turn an ordinary subject into an interesting narrative
- Has strong research, fact-checking and information-gathering skills
- Understands hooks, curiosity, audience behaviour and digital content
- Can write comfortably in English and/or Hindi/Hinglish
- Can move between creative storytelling and polished corporate writing
- Is organised, accountable and serious about deadlines
- Is curious enough to ask, “But what's the real story here?”
