The Role

We're looking for a Creative Director who knows to design and do motion graphics to own the full creative vision at SkySync — across every client, every campaign, every frame.

You'll lead a team of a full-time cinematographer and graphic designer, and work across various industries. No two briefs are the same. You'll need to make sense of each client's world and translate it into work that's visually sharp and strategically on point.

What you'll own





- End-to-end creative direction — campaigns, shoots, social content, brand identity
- Mood boards, shot lists, and visual concepts from scratch
- Campaign planning and creative calendars across multiple client accounts
- Brand study and deep-dive into each client's industry, audience, and aesthetic
- Full oversight of your team's output — cinematographer and graphic designer
- Quality control across all deliverables before they go live

What we're looking for

-Hands on with writing, editing , grading ,motion graphics , designing and direction.
- A explicit creative point of view — you can articulate why something looks right, not just that it does
- Strong planning instincts — you can map out a 4-week campaign without being told how
- Experience working across industries — you adapt without losing the thread
- Hands-on with Adobe Suite and Canva; comfortable directing shoots and post-production
- Someone who leads the room, not just the deck
