Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Conversion Copywriter & Script Strategist who can transform complex health and wellness concepts into compelling, high-converting content. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with an understanding of consumer psychology and conversion-focused copywriting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write high-converting scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and digital campaigns.
- Develop persuasive landing pages, website copy, product descriptions, ad copy, and launch campaigns.
- Translate complex health and wellness concepts into easy, engaging consumer-friendly content.
- Create compelling hooks, storytelling frameworks, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Research customer behavior, online reviews, competitor messaging, and audience psychology to improve content performance.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Creative, Motion,



and Research teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Leverage AI writing tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve content creation and productivity.

Required Skills:

- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience in conversion-focused copywriting
- Script writing for social media and video content
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology
- Ability to simplify technical or health-related concepts
- Experience writing landing pages, website copy, and performance marketing content
- Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Strong research and communication skills

Preferred Background:

- Experience with D2C brands, healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical, skincare, parenting, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Experience creating content for performance marketing campaigns.
