We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and overall performance.

Responsibilities

- Identify training and development needs across departments.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and induction sessions.
- Conduct soft skills, communication, behavioral, and process-related training.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand skill gaps and training requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and training reports.

Requirements

- Confident public speaking and classroom management.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in corporate training, preferably in retail/pharma/healthcare, will be preferred.
