Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Trainer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Corporate

Trainer will design, customize, and deliver training programs in areas such as selling skills, leadership development, soft skills, and behavioral skills, aligned with client requirements and training needs.

Responsibilities include conducting training need assessments, creating or adapting training content, facilitating classroom and workshop sessions, and using interactive methodologies to drive engagement and learning retention. The role involves evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and assessments,



preparing training reports, and coordinating follow-up and reinforcement activities to support sustained behavior change.

The Corporate

Trainer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent quality, manage training schedules, and continuously update content based on industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Robust facilitation and presentation skills, with experience leading classroom sessions, workshops, and group activities.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs in selling skills, leadership development, soft skills, and behavioral skills.
- Ability to conduct training need analysis, develop customized content, and adapt training materials to diverse audiences.
- Competence in evaluating training effectiveness, collecting feedback, and preparing training reports and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage participants and manage group dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
- Comfort with using training tools and technology (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, online resources) to support delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in HR, Training & Development, Psychology, or related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, learning & development specialist, or similar role, preferably in a corporate or consulting setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple training assignments, and travel for client sessions as needed.
