Manager / Assistant Manager – Corporate Events & Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager / Assistant Manager – Corporate Events & Marketing to take ownership of the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events and experiential marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, agencies, timelines, logistics, budgets, and on-ground execution while ensuring every event is delivered smoothly, professionally, and within the defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events, from initial briefing and planning through execution and post-event closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, partners, vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, action plans, checklists, and execution schedules.
- Manage event logistics including venue coordination, vendor management, production requirements, guest management, invitations, branding, and on-ground arrangements.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication vendors for event setups, branding elements, structures, displays, and other event requirements.
- Manage multiple vendors and external agencies while ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Monitor and manage event budgets, quotations, purchase requirements, and assigned spends.
- Ensure all event deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with creative, design, marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure event requirements are executed as planned.
- Take ownership of on-ground event execution,



troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the event.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the event lifecycle.
- Support planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, seminars, brand activations, experiential campaigns, and partner events.
- Manage post-event activities including vendor closures, documentation, reporting, feedback, and performance analysis.
- Prepare event reports highlighting execution outcomes, learnings, challenges, and recommendations.
- Handle multiple events/projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in event management, experiential marketing, event production, activations, or related roles.
- Strong experience in end-to-end event management and execution.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong vendor, agency, and production management experience.
- Good understanding of event logistics, budgeting, timelines, and on-ground execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and documentation tools.

Preferred Experience
- Experience handling corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, experiential campaigns, or partner events.
- Experience coordinating with multiple external vendors and agencies.
- Exposure to event production, branding, fabrication, logistics, and on-ground operations.
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach to event execution.
- Candidates who have independently handled events from planning to execution and post-event closure will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of events rather than simply coordinate assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing vendors and stakeholders, and capable of handling pressure during live events.

Experience: 2–6 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role: Manager / Assistant Manager– Events & Experiential Marketing

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
