Lead – Corporate Business Excellence Responsibilities Process Assurance & Governance Develop and implement process assurance frameworks to ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies. Conduct periodic process audits, reviews, and compliance assessments. Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions. Establish governance mechanisms to monitor process effectiveness and compliance.

Operational Excellence Implementation

Lead deployment of CWS, SPS, BPR, Lean, and other operational excellence initiatives. Drive process optimization projects to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and customer experience. Facilitate value stream mapping and process redesign initiatives across functions. Ensure sustainability of improvements through robust control and monitoring mechanisms.

Performance

Monitoring & Analytics Define and track operational KPIs and performance metrics. Analyze business performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards and MIS reports to support management decision-making. Monitor achievement of project benefits and operational excellence targets.

Continuous

Improvement & Transformation Promote a continuous improvement culture across business units.

Facilitate

Kaizen, Six Sigma,



and problem-solving workshops. Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying automation and technology-enabled improvement opportunities. Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption of current processes.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business leaders, function heads, and process owners to identify improvement opportunities. Provide guidance and training on operational excellence methodologies and best practices. Present project outcomes, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and governance activities. Risk Management & Compliance Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and organizational standards. Support risk assessment and mitigation initiatives across operational processes.

Monitor corrective and preventive action plans to address audit observations and process deviations.

Qualifications Educational Qualification: MBA in Operations / Technology / Supply Chain Work Experience (Range of years): 10-12 years of relevant experience in training, program management, consulting, or strategy.

Six Sigma Black

Belt certification. ISO Auditor experience is preferred.
