We're on the hunt for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our team. This is a full-time opening for people with a background in Psychology / Industrial Psychology / Human Resources and a minimum work experience of 1 year in content/ copywriting with prior experience / exposure to social media content. Excellent grammar and knowledge of English (if you know where to put commas and where not to, then that’d be fantastic!)

What would your day look like?

- Work collaboratively with the team and possess the ability to receive feedback with a champion mindset.
- Ideate and think for social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram-first) branding experience or exposure. Social media fiends, please apply!
- Write short and long content social media copy across platforms
- Read up/research on a wide range of work culture/HR/PR/Media topics and edit well-thought out, credibly sourced articles.
- Brainstorm and ideate for communication campaigns.
- Partner with your team members in the process of creating content calendars and strategies based on the needs/objectives of the brand, with a WOW element!
- Create, edit, and proofread (typos happen when sleepy, but it’d be excellent if you can clean them up when awake) content collaterals and work with the team to visualize campaigns/creatives that are ready for publishing/design.
- If you have a flair for tech-related writing, then that's a plus!





Who/what are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Background in Communications/social media writing for an agency/brand
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
