Responsibilities

- Develop content strategies and editorial plans for XCCELER clients across industries

- Write and edit high-quality copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and brand collateral

- Create messaging frameworks and brand voice guidelines the wider team can execute consistently

- Partner with Brand Creative and Web Technology teams to align copy with design and UX

- Track content performance and refine strategy based on what is working

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting,



or both
- A portfolio that shows range: brand copy, long-form content, and social writing

- Solid grasp of SEO principles and how they apply to content decisions

- Ability to write across industries and adapt to different brand voices with speed and precision
- A strategic mind that can zoom out to see the system and zoom in to write the sentence
