About the Role

Loopdesk AI is building an AI-native video editor that makes professional video editing faster and more accessible.

We’re looking for a Content Creator Intern who loves making videos, experimenting with social media, and understanding what makes people stop scrolling.

You’ll be responsible for creating and publishing content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, communicating our latest product updates to users through weekly newsletters, and helping us grow through creator partnerships.

This is a high-ownership role. You won’t just be asked to create content from someone else’s ideas. You’ll be expected to come up with content ideas, create them, publish them, analyze what works, and continuously improve.

What You’ll Do

Create & Publish Content

- Create and publish video content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok on a daily basis.
- Turn Loopdesk features, product updates, AI trends, tutorials, tips, and use cases into engaging short-form videos.
- Experiment with different formats, hooks, storytelling styles, trends, and content angles.
- Create screen recordings, product demos, tutorials, educational videos, memes, and other social-first content.
- Repurpose a single idea into multiple platform-specific pieces of content.
- Monitor performance and use analytics to understand what content resonates with our audience.
- Continuously experiment and improve our content strategy based on what works.

Weekly Product Newsletter

- Create a weekly newsletter for Loopdesk users.
- Track new product features, improvements, AI capabilities, launches, tips, and key announcements.
- Turn product updates into concise, engaging stories that users actually want to read.
- Coordinate with the product and engineering team to understand upcoming releases.
- Help maintain a consistent communication loop between Loopdesk and our users.

Creator Partnerships

- Research and identify relevant creators, video editors, YouTubers, influencers, and AI creators.
- Reach out to creators and introduce them to Loopdesk.
- Help build and maintain relationships with creators.
- Coordinate product access, trials, collaborations, and content campaigns.
- Assist with creator campaigns, affiliate opportunities, sponsored content, and other partnerships.




- Track creator outreach, responses, content published, and campaign performance.
- Identify emerging creators who could become long-term Loopdesk partners.

Be Close to the Product
- Use Loopdesk regularly and understand the product deeply.
- Discover interesting workflows and features that can become content.
- Work directly with the product and engineering teams to understand new releases.
- Provide feedback from creators and users back to the team.
- Help identify confusing product experiences and content opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- You genuinely enjoy creating videos and posting on social media.
- You understand Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- You have strong instincts for hooks, trends, storytelling, and internet culture.
- You can independently take an idea from concept → recording → editing → publishing.
- You are comfortable appearing on camera or creating voiceover/screen-recording content.
- You have basic video editing skills.
- You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools for content creation.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- You pay attention to analytics and are willing to learn from content that doesn't perform.
- You are comfortable reaching out to creators and building relationships.
- You don't need someone to tell you what to post every day.

Languages

We particularly encourage applications from candidates who can speak Indian regional languages in addition to English.

Knowledge of languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, or other Indian languages is a strong plus.

We believe creators from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and towns across India can bring perspectives, languages, humor, culture, and audiences that are often underrepresented in startup content.

You don't need to be from a major metro to do great work here.

Important Details

- Fully remote internship.
- Candidates can be based anywhere in India.
- We particularly encourage applications from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and towns.
- Knowledge of Indian regional languages is a strong advantage.
- Candidates must have their own laptop.

A laptop will not be provided for this internship.

- This is a hands-on role with a strong expectation of consistent content output.
- You should be comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
