Nextskillledge is growing, and we’re looking for a highly creative Content Creator & Creative Specialist to join our team in Noida – Sector 63.

This role is for someone who believes:

Great content shouldn't just look good. It should make people stop, watch, learn and want to know more.

? What will you do?

? Create engaging Reels & short-form videos

? Handle photography & videography for events and team activities

? Create social media creatives, carousels and visual content

? Develop fresh creative concepts instead of repetitive templates

? Create engaging content around our academic & professional programs

? Develop strong hooks and storytelling formats

? Identify relevant social media trends and turn them into original content

? Create behind-the-scenes and workplace culture content

? Work closely with our Social Media & Employer Branding team

⭐ We’re looking for someone with:

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Strong portfolio of Reels, videos & social media creatives

Good photography & videography skills

Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, After Effects or similar tools

Strong visual storytelling skills

Understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn content

- Awareness of current social media trends
