Patient Counselling with sympathy personal touch so to increase visitor s conversion to ET or Re-registration of IVF failed Patients.

Patient Care

Infertility/Antenatal management as per Indira IVF SOP, include but not limited to: story Taking, Inspecting / Examining / Investigating Patient, Treatment Plan Making, prescribing Medicine, Ovarian Stimulation/Trigger, performing USG/follicular/Endometrial Monitoring, Ovum Pick Up/Embryo Transfer / Hysteroscopy / Laparoscopy / Encerclage , Managing Voluntary Commercial Donor, Antenatal patients Management Treating admitted Inpatients, Attending managing Emergencies, Referring Patient etc Handling patients Complaints address their Grievances.

Cordial

Coordination with Centre Head, Colleague Sr. Consultants, Hospital Staff for all the services towards Patient management smooth functioning of Center.

Constant

Training development of Jr. Doc/ Nursing/OT/PCPNDT/MRD staff.

Proper

Documentation ensuring all compliances as per MCI/ICMR/ART/PCPNDT etc Guidelines. Regular checking of various consents to meet out all medico legal compliances. Participation in various Marketing Campaign on various media platforms Awareness Camp. Participation in various Clinical Research Academic program carried out at the center.
