Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata for a Consultant and Team Leader. The role involves leading project teams, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring timely delivery of consulting assignments. The Consultant and Team Leader will analyze client requirements, develop strategic recommendations, and present actionable solutions to improve business performance.

Responsibilities include facilitating team meetings, mentoring team members, managing client communication, and aligning project scope with client expectations. The role also requires preparing reports and presentations, monitoring project progress,



and identifying opportunities for process improvements and new engagements.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights.
- Proven Team Leadership experience, including mentoring, coordination, and performance management.
- Consulting experience with a track record of delivering solutions and guiding clients through change.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and stakeholder management.
