- Experience in US Healthcare and should have thorough knowledge about different file formats.
- Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Manage the Configuration workflow, monitor the cases, and share the weekly updates with the stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Willing to work during night shift (5 pm – 2 am shift).
