Role Description The Co-Founder role at Kakash Agro Pvt. Limited (Santtushti, Yummy Treat) is an on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Co-Founder will collaborate on defining and executing the company’s vision, growth strategy, product roadmap, and brand positioning across all categories, including spices, sauces, beverages, and staples.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, supply chain, and quality assurance; driving sales and marketing initiatives; and strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and bulk customers. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new product and channel opportunities,



managing key financial and performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and food safety standards. The Co-Founder will also contribute to building and leading cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and representing the company in strategic partnerships and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market, financial, and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, and for clear presentation of ideas and plans.
- Sales skills with experience in business development, channel management, and relationship building in FMCG or related sectors.
- Marketing skills, including brand development, product positioning, and execution of promotional strategies across offline and digital channels.
- Research skills to evaluate consumer preferences, competitive offerings, and emerging trends in food and beverage markets.
- Prior leadership or entrepreneurial experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail distribution.
- Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and quality control processes in food and spice manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
