Executive Search: Technical or Growth Co-Founder | Furvana The pet care industry is expanding rapidly, yet the consumer experience remains highly fragmented. Pet parents are currently forced to navigate a disjointed web of separate applications for veterinary consultations, commerce, and daily management.

At Furvana, we are building a unified operating system for pet care—an "all-in-one" ecosystem that integrates services, premium commerce, and health records into a single, seamless user experience.

We have strategically moved beyond the ideation phase. The core product architecture is defined, and a comprehensive, high-fidelity prototype is complete. Our immediate focus is on closing our initial funding round and transitioning this validated design into a live, scalable MVP.

I am seeking a Co-Founder with deep expertise in either Engineering or Growth to partner with me in executing this vision, securing venture capital, and scaling the platform.

The Mandate

- For Technical Leaders: You will architect the transition from prototype to a scalable MVP (utilizing effective cross-platform mobile frameworks and a robust backend infrastructure). You will own the technical roadmap, ensure strict data integrity for our commerce and database layers, and eventually recruit and lead the engineering team.
- For Growth Leaders: You will engineer our Go-To-Market strategy. You will define the initial customer acquisition loops, build early community traction,



and prove the unit economics of cross-selling within our integrated platform.
- Core to the Partnership: You will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with me in investor boardrooms. You must possess the executive presence to co-pitch our strategy, defend our operational metrics, and actively help secure venture capital.

The Ideal Profile

- A proven track record for execution and the specific resilience required for zero-to-one company building.
- A proven track record of scaling consumer technology products or managing complex software development lifecycles.
- Exceptional articulation and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical or market concepts to institutional investors.

Structure & Compensation: Furvana is currently a bootstrapped, early-stage venture. As such, this role does not offer a day-one salary. This is a foundational partnership offering a substantial equity stake. Upon successfully closing our funding round, this position immediately transitions into a fully salaried executive role alongside the retained equity position.
