We’re looking for a Co-Founder &

- CMO to join us in building and scaling MedzzApp, our AI-powered learning platform initially focused on medical education.

But MedzzApp is bigger than just an MBBS learning app.

It is the first step toward our larger vision of building an AI-powered education ecosystem that can eventually expand across multiple fields and professions.

? What will you own?

As Co-Founder &

- CMO, you will take ownership of:

→ User Acquisition &

- Retention

→ Social Media &

- Content Strategy

→ Student Communities

→ Partnerships &

- Collaborations

→ Campus &

- Institutional Growth

→ Revenue &

- Growth Strategy

→ Performance Marketing

→ Market Research &

- Customer Insights

You won't simply be executing someone else's marketing plan.

You will help build the plan.

We care about what you can actually build and execute.

You should have

✅ Strong understanding of marketing and business

✅ Startup / entrepreneurial mindset

✅ Proven ability to build or grow a product, brand or community

✅ Strong communication and networking skills

✅ Understanding of digital marketing & growth





✅ Ability to develop and execute GTM strategies

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership

✅ Willingness to experiment, fail and iterate quickly

✅ Strong interest in AI, Education and Technology

Prior startup, EdTech, healthcare/medical education, marketing or growth experience is a major advantage.

? Important: This is a Co-Founder role

This is NOT a conventional salaried CMO position.

We are looking for someone willing to have real skin in the game, including an investment in MedzzApp, alongside significant ownership, responsibility and equity participation to be discussed based on the candidate's contribution and commitment.

We want someone who is ready to build with us, not simply work for us.

Someone who can take an idea from:

Someone who can face rejection, learn from it and come back stronger.

Someone who wants to build a company, not just hold a designation.
