Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end sales closures for exclusive mandate residential projects.

- Guide clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to ensure smooth transactions.
- Handle negotiations and successfully convert qualified leads into bookings. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:
