Through its training arm, SIEC Test Masters, the organization prepares students for exams such as IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, and SAT, helping them qualify for top institutions worldwide. The company focuses on aligning study destinations and institutions with each learner’s profile, aspirations, and needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Counsel students on European Public Universities, courses, eligibility, intakes and career pathways.
- Solid country-wise knowledge of European public universities is required, particularly Germany.
- Conduct detailed profile assessment and university/course shortlisting based on eligibility, academic background, GPA, language scores and program requirements.
- Have hands-on knowledge of APS, Uni-Assist, university portals and application procedures.
- Manage and track complete application lifecycle from counselling and shortlisting to submission, offer and enrolment.
- Conduct continuous university research and maintain updated knowledge of programs, eligibility criteria, application processes and deadlines.
- Maintain a strict deadline tracker and ensure zero missed deadlines or pending actions.
- Follow up proactively with students for documents,



applications, payments, APS, Uni-Assist and other pending requirements.
- Maintain real-time and accurate CRM updates for every student interaction, application stage and next action.
- Coordinate closely with Counselling, Applications and Visa teams to ensure seamless case movement.
- Keep students informed about application status, university communication, offers and required next steps.
- Manage multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, speed and attention to detail.
- Re-engage students where required and support the counselling team in improving application and enrolment conversions.

Candidate Profile:

- 2+ years of experience in Overseas Education / European Admissions / Client Servicing.
- Proven expertise in European Public Universities.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Germany Public Universities, APS, Uni-Assist, VPD and application processes.
- Excellent understanding of European public university eligibility, ECTS, intakes and deadlines.
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up and deadline management skills.
- Excellent CRM discipline with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage a high volume of student applications.
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
