Role Description

This is a full time, on-site position based in South Delhi for a Client Servicing Executive responsible for managing client relationships, delivering presentations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and supporting account management.

Responsibilities

- Decode briefs, lead presentations, and close deals
- Support end-to-end client management across projects
- Coordinate with creative & operations for seamless execution
- Ensure high-impact delivery and client satisfaction
- Drive retention and post-event reporting

Qualifications/ Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Event Management/Hospitality or related field
- Experience in client servicing (events industry preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office
