Job Title: Client Service Executive - Medical Billing

Job Summary:

As a Client Service Executive in our Medical Billing division, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of medical billing services. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare billing landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Billing Process Oversight:

Oversee the end-to-end medical billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

Proactively identify and address any issues that may impact billing performance.

2. Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

Stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulations and billing guidelines to ensure client compliance.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams such as billing specialists, coding experts,



and IT professionals to streamline processes and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven experience in client service, preferably in medical billing.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA & CMS guidelines.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office Suite.
