- Handle sales enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, website and digital channels
- Attend online calls and respond to website leads
- Coordinate customer follow-ups and orchard site visits with Business Development Executives
- Maintain customer/lead data on our web portal and CRM
- Manage backend sales documentation and MIS
- Support the sales team in lead conversion and customer relationship management
