Role Summary To understand and represent the company’s brand philosophy and build a consistent digital presence across all platforms by managing the complete digital marketing cycle, including content creation, social media management, campaigns, analytics, and brand communication. The role combines creativity, strategy, and execution to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

KRA: Task / Activities

- Maintain a consistent digital brand presence aligned with company values.
- Create and manage content for social media, emailers, presentations, and campaigns.
- Handle end-to-end social media management across platforms.
- Execute campaigns using Zoho Social and Zoho Campaigns.
- Develop creative designs using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Monitor analytics and optimize marketing performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
- Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling.

KPI: Performance Metrics





- Consistency in brand communication across digital platforms.
- Quality and effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Social media engagement and audience growth.
- Campaign execution and reporting accuracy through Zoho tools.
- Timely content publishing and campaign delivery.
- Improvement in reach, engagement, and digital visibility.
- Adoption of current digital trends and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Social.
- Basic design skills in Canva or Figma.
- Robust copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete digital marketing cycle.
- Creativity with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
