Prepare detailed civil, architectural, structural, and layout drawings for factory buildings and industrial facilities. Prepare drawings for factory plans, building layouts, production areas, offices, warehouses, utility areas, roads, drains, platforms, staircases, and other civil facilities. Incorporate requirements related to factory safety, worker movement, access, ventilation, lighting, sanitation, emergency exits, fire-safety provisions, and protected working spaces as applicable.

Prepare drawings and documentation required for Factory Inspector / Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH) / relevant statutory authority approval. Ensure drawings comply with the applicable Factories Act, State Factory Rules, National Building Code, local building bye-laws, fire regulations, and other statutory requirements. Prepare site plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, area statements, location plans, and detailed construction drawings.
