We are looking for a Civil Billing Engineer who can bring accuracy, ownership, and commercial discipline to our project execution.

You’ll work closely with project, site, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure that project billing is accurate, timely, and aligned with actual site progress.

This is a hands-on role where your understanding of quantities, BOQs, measurements, contracts, and project documentation will directly contribute to smooth project execution.

What Your Ideal Day Would Look Like

- Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on actual work executed at site
- Take and verify site measurements and maintain accurate measurement records
- Review BOQs, work orders, rate schedules, and contract terms before processing bills
- Check quantities claimed against approved drawings, specifications, and actual site progress
- Prepare measurement sheets, RA bills, reconciliation statements, supporting documents, BBS, and BOQ
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, project teams, and accounts to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with rate analysis, variation claims, extra-item billing, and quantity reconciliation
- Track certified, processed, and pending bills to ensure timely closure
- Maintain proper records of billing documents, measurements, approvals, and revisions
- Identify billing discrepancies or cost variations and flag them proactively

What You Bring





You bring a strong understanding of civil construction and project billing, along with the ability to work accurately with numbers and documentation.

You are someone who

- Pays close attention to quantities, measurements, and contractual details
- Can independently review and prepare contractor bills
- Understands how site execution translates into measurable and billable quantities
- Communicates confidently with contractors and internal project teams
- Takes ownership of documentation and follows through until billing issues are resolved

Your Eligibility Checklist

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in civil billing, quantity surveying, or project commercial functions, preferably in real estate/construction
- Hands-on experience with BOQ, measurement sheets, RA bills, contractor billing, and quantity reconciliation
- Good understanding of civil construction drawings, specifications, and rate analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with billing/measurement software will be an advantage
- Strong numerical, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
